A free app to help business owners!

In order to simplify the implementation of customer care in restaurants, bars and cafés, in accordance with the guidelines of the Neuchâtel cantonal doctor of 22 June, VNV SA has developed the “eat’s me” application (a play on words with the English expression “it’s me”), and wishes to offer it free of charge to restaurant owners and inhabitants of the canton.

In a simple and secure way, the application generates a code that contains the customer’s information (surname, first name and telephone number) that the customer will have entered beforehand. It is also possible to register several people, such as children or spouses.

All you have to do is present the code to the staff and that’s it. By simply entering the table number, the establishment has all the information it requires. This information is then recorded by adding the date and time.

All the data is stored on the retailers’ equipment and is not transmitted over the Internet. If necessary, the data can be presented to the health authorities and is automatically deleted after 15 days according to the regulations.

This guarantees the confidentiality of the data and greatly simplifies and accelerates the procedures for receiving customers.

After Demazone.ch (free local e-commerce platform), VNV is continuing its efforts by making its resources and skills available to the inhabitants of the canton of Neuchâtel. For this new application, the company is delighted to be able to count on new partners including the company Raccoon in St-Blaise.
